We are currently servicing only wholesale clients. Unfortunately, we do not deliver currently to hobby gardeners, but you can find the products in good equipped grow-shops all over Europe. Feel free to contact us, we could lead you to some trusted shop nearby you.
How to become a business partner?
Only confirmed business partners are provided with an access to the wholesale section. To become a business partner, we please you to fill out the register form with your company details, that we could contact you for further negotiations. If you might have some questions, feel free to just contact us.
What are the requirements to become confirmed as a business partner?
Please note that filling out the register form will not give to your company automatically the access to the wholesale section. Soon after analysing your company profile, our sales manager will get personally in touch with your company to make the proof, that your business is so called a "brick and stone" and will figure out the final solution. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding of this process, which is only regulated for to protect your retail business.
How long takes to get the access to the business partner section?
Our sales representative will take a contact with your company within 24 hours. It depends how long the further negotiations and analysing of your company profile takes. Sometimes it can be needed also to visit your physical company e.g your shop.

How long does it take to deliver your order?
After placing your Quotation, you will receive an email, it will be only an acknowledgement. During the workdays, from Monday to Friday, the confirmation of the Quotation will take place within 24 hours. Confirmation of your Quotation means, that we will send your Order to our suppliers. Please note, that the final confirmation from the supplier's side can take up to 1-7 days.
As soon we have received the confirmation from our suppliers, we will modify your Sales Order, if needed, based on the final amounts of product(s) available by the supplier and with additional delivery costs added to the "total cost." You will receive your Sales Order by an email for your final inspection and confirmation. The product(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as you have confirmed your Sales Order and we have received your full transaction.
The products transport time from the supplier may vary depending of your location.
Central Europe (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, France, Czech Republic, Poland) approx. 2-4 working days
South Europe (Italy, Portugal, Spain) approx. 10 days
Northern Europe and England approx. 14 days
Please note that this are the average timeframes for low-budget transport costs, express deliveries are possible, but they cost simply more.
How much could be the additional delivery costs?
The additional delivery costs are very individual, depending on the value of products, distances and time. But we will find for you always the affordable conditions. Sometimes the delivery costs can be even for free.
The payment of the Sales Order?
Please note that we accept only payments in advance. The products will be not delivered before we have not reached your full transaction.
