Can anyone order from our website?
Currently, we are working exclusively with commercial clients. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to hobby gardeners at this point, but if you are interested in purchasing the products, you can find them all over Europe in any garden centre that offers a comprehensive assortment of products. Feel free to contact us, so we can help you to find the nearest authorized partner.
How can I become a business partner?
Only authorized business partners are provided with an access to our wholesale section. In order to become a business partner, we kindly ask you to fill out the register form and provide us with your company details, and we will contact you for all further negotiations. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message.
What are the requirements to become an authorized business partner
Please note that filling out the register form will not automatically grant your company access to our wholesale section. After analysing your company profile to obtain evidence that your company is a reliable, established business. Then, we will develop the ideal contractual framework customised for your company. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this process, which is performed solely in order to protect your retail business. Our sales representative may also contact your company within 24 hours. Usually the acceptance will take up to 1-3 Days.

How long will it take to process my order?
After placing your quotation, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your Quotation. On business days - from Monday to Friday - this confirmation will take place within 24 hours. Confirming the receipt of your quotation means that we will forward your quotation to our suppliers. Please note that the final confirmation from the supplier's side may take up to 1-3 days.
As soon as we have received the confirmation from our suppliers, we will modify your Sale Order, if needed, based on the final amounts of the product(s) available from the supplier and with shipping and handling costs added to the total cost. You will receive a Pro-Forma Invoice by email for your final inspection and confirmation. The product(s) will be dispatched to you as soon as we have received your full payment according to the Pro-Forma Invoice.

How long will it take to deliver my order?
The transport time of your product(s) from the supplier’s factory may vary depending on your location. Please note that these are the average delivery times for the economy transport option. Express delivery is possible, but please keep in mind that for this option, additional fees will be charged.

How much could be the additional delivery costs?
The costs for shipping and handling are calculated individually for each order, based on the value and weight of the products, the distances and time. We always strive to find the best and most economic conditions for you. In some cases, there is even a possibility of free shipping.
What are the payment terms for my order?
Please note that we accept only advance payments. The products will be not delivered until we have received your full payment.
