SONODEC Noise reductive ducting provides an effective noise reduction and creates a more pleasant living and working environment. The SONODEC ducting consists of a thermally perforated aluminium/polyester laminate inner duct, insulated for noise reduction with glass wool and is provided with an aluminium laminated outer jacket. A plastic barrier between the duct and the glass wool prevents the diffusion of glass wool particles. The other alternatives available for a noise reduction include using more silent ventilation equipment, silencers or insulation.
